Health plans — protect your pets and your pocket
A monthly direct debit that covers the routine care your animal needs every year, plus free vet visits when something is worrying you. It is not insurance: it pays for the care we know is coming, not for accidents or illness.

What is not covered
Treatment for illness or injury, medication for ongoing conditions, x-rays, surgery, out-of-hours care and food are not included. Plan members pay the normal price for these; the plan does not change it.
Consider pet insurance alongside a plan. The two cover different things.
How the free visits work
Your plan includes 3 consultations a year at no charge. Book them like any other appointment and tell reception your pet is on a plan. Anything the vet then does — bloods, medication, a procedure — is charged as normal.
Unused visits do not roll over into the next year.
Joining and cancelling
Join online or at reception. Payment is by monthly direct debit and starts the month you sign up. There is a 3-month minimum term.
Cancel by emailing or phoning us; give 30 days' notice. If you have already used treatments worth more than you have paid in, we will tell you the balance before anything is charged.
